Etiology is concerned with the cause or origin of things.   Do you have HCV?  Are you asking about the standard treatment protocol?   It depends on many factors, one of which is the viral genotype.  Do you know what that is?

Sounds like someone's 'term paper'.  and someone wants others to do his/her work!  google the main words and start reading.  No one can answer all your questions except you.  And you have to do your own homework to have a clear and true understanding of what you need and want to know.
