Yes you definitely can this is how I got it in the 80s - although the virus can live for days it's not like you'd get it off some old random $$$s though - more likely as you pass it from one person to the next you'd get it from the guy before you.

Absolutely, they must be disinfected.  I urge everyone send all of their bank notes to me to cleaned and recycled.

Yes you can get it from sharing a note or straws or anything else you share up the nose. It is a direct access to your blood stream. This is why so many meds are going intranasal.

I think that's a yes. Cocaine irritates nasal tissues, and they can bleed, the blood gets on the bill/straw. Someone else uses it. Possible transmission. I don't think it's as probable as IV drug use, but it is possible.
