what can you do about this horrible dry mouth?

Very common SE.  I used Biotene, water, lots...and mints.  Good luck.

Biotene also makes gum.

Biotene mouth wash, and paste. I use the paste at night.
Xylitol gum and mints and epic mouth spray help too.

You also, in addition to oral care, need to lots of water......
I find it helps me, otherwise I would be waking up all the time to sip water.

I used that biotene also. I brush my teeth a lot. I went and bought a couple of baby bottles. During the night I could drink water without sitting up .

I use biotene mouth wash. They also have a toothpaste. You can find it at drug store usually.
