Rachel,
Look at www.needymeds.org. An incredible resource for medications. Merck is very generous with their ACT program and the new Boceprivir is included.

The people on this forum are great. They will walk you through every step of getting treatment and the treatment itself. You are in the right place!
Just a comment...You say you are waiting for Social Security for disability and Medicare? You do know that it takes 2 years since you first became disabled as determined by SS, before you are eligible to receive Medicare? It sounds like you are in the middle of the process and know this, but I just wanted to bring it up encase you aren't aware of this.
You are on your way! Hang in there!

you can apply directly to the pharmaceutical companies for assistance with treatment meds. If you make under $46,000 per year then you should qualify.
Best of luck
