I have the same problem. I qualified for full copay reimbursement through healthwell foundation
http://www.healthwellfoundation.org/

Besides your financial application you will need to have your doctor fill out the statement of treatment with a diagnosis of chemo induced neutropenia.
Good luck,
Dave

Here are some patient assistance numbers from the mfgrs. I haven't used these in a while, so if one of them doesn't work for you let me know and I'll straighten it out:

Pegassist (Roche Pegasys system): 1-866-422-2377

Commitment to Care (Schering- Plough PEG-Intron system): 1-800-521-7157

Amgen Pharmaceuticals (Neupogen) 1-888-762-6436

Good luck-

Bill
