Ok there is a phase of initial Infection where some people can have symptoms of having a hepatitis infection.
I found this info on initial hep c infection symptoms

How Can I Tell?
According to the CDC, up to 80 percent of those who have an acute form of hepatitis C will have no visible symptoms. In some cases, however, people will experience certain symptoms not long after the virus has infected them.

These symptoms, which may be mild but can also be severe for some people, include:
developing a fever
feeling tired
having a poor appetite

What kind of symptoms do you have? Being often nauseated often could be many things including your drinking. Having mood swings and being depressed are not symptoms of hep c or cirrhosis.

About 25% of people can cure hep c without medical help so that could be what they are talking about.

Have no idea what test you mean that has a score of 11 indicating advanced liver cirrhosis. Do you know the name of the test?

I have liver cirrhosis I was diagnosed in 2008 I was diagnosed with a liver biopsy which said my fibrosis score is F4 which means cirrhosis.

Yes drinking can cause liver damage including cirrhosis.

If you do end up not beating hep c on your own hep c can now be cured. How were you diagnosed with hep c? Did you only have the test for hep c antibodies? A positive antibody test would need to be followed up with a test for the hep c virus called a HCV RNA by PCR test if you have that test and it shows you have a viral load then yes you do have hep c. If the HCV RNA by PCR test shows not detected then you do not have hep c even if you have a positive antibody test. The antibody test only shows if you were exposed to hep c at some point but does not mean you have an active infection.
