Drop foot is also known as peroneal nerve palsy.
Drop foot normally comes from nerve damage, After a bad accident I had it, there is name like bumper something also for it.. It often happens in parking lots or when cars are going slow and bump your leg.
There are two large nerves that go from underneath the knee to toes, They said mine was flatline, Jobe is the first noted drop footer, The nerves grows less than a centimeter a month, Mine did come back, pretty quickly, funny enough when I began treating and after LOTS of PT.
I do not know about inteferon and phnemonia, I would ask your Doctor, Thats pretty techinical personally I have never heard of it.
