I am seeing a GI and a hepatologist  The hepatologist wants to give me neuopegen injections every other week.  wbc was 1.6, took  a shot increased to 2.3 by the next week.  now he has given me and injection and wants to wait 2 weeks.  Should i be concerned at my numbers or the fact they went up ?

I'd be glad that they went up. You need wbcs to fight infection. My lab work says that normals are 4.0- 10.5 so the closer you get to normal, the better.

What is you ANC?

The fact that you are treating under a hepatologist is excellent.  Most hepatologists do not become concerned until the ANC drops below 500.  Your cbc with differential tells your doctor what you ANC is and most likely he is basing the Neupogen dosage on that reading.
