milk thistle dosing and application

Hi Team
Boy its been awhile since I posted. Geno 1a treated back in 07 and relapeed 3 months post treatment. I am ready to go another round with the new drugs, I hope that pans out.
I have been taking 175mg. milk thistle daily and was thinking of taking more and spreading it out through the day. Would love to get some input from the forum on the best way to use Milk Thisltle. Thanks and Good Luck to all

Thanks for the feedback! I recall both of you very well and always had a high respect for your input. I hope Joe is doing well. I have made progress in my life to maintain a more liver freindly diet and thought it was a good time to look into a regimen for Milk Thistle. Once agian thanks for the input.

Hi Tony,
I thought of you a few days ago and wondered how you were doing.  I don't really have much to offer on the Milk Thistle except that I give it to Joe twice a day.   I have been buying some called Silphos form Swanson Vitamin which is supposed to better absorbed.  Who knows for sure though. I use to buy the standardized variety and gave it to him 3x daily.  I am not saying this is best, I'm just reporting on what Joe takes.

It was good to see your still around.  I certainly wish you well on your next try.
