My situation is:
My name is Mohamed I am from Saudi  Arabia
my age 33 years old
you know my country is very hot especially my city (Eastern Area Al Dammam, very. hot and humidity also very high so all people here have problem in chest like Asthma and another problems
I don't have asthma
every time you feeling
your body broken
like if you faced Mohamed Ali boxing hero
because A\C turn on all time
no sport
my style life office , house, car ,airplane, ...etc  
it is meaning
No movement
My common feeling:
lazy and dizzy my body is broken ,some time I am breathing hard
now I do diet from 10 month I am eating herbal capsule for diet
I lost 25 K.G
all report from my Doctor and laboratory is normal
except  two:
1-Testosterone hormone is in the low normal limit
2-hemoglobin in the high normal limit
so every three month go to hosbital to Blood Donor
please I need your help
I am still young man
I am married since 2000
I am ready to come to your hospital
I want Know Why
1-Testosterone hormone is in the low normal limit
2-hemoglobin in the high normal limit always
I want my weight to be 75 K.G
