omg high potassium

This is oorah wife. I totally thought I was cooking good and healthy. I made salmo n, spinach bought watermelon,canalope ,potatoes avocados and almost everything I was feeding him was the highest in potassium. I feel feel like a moron!! He's supposed to have low sodium, low sugar,and low potassium.I guess he will learn to just eat malt-o-meal and cucumbers.any food suggest ions would be appreciated.
