Please see a doctor immediately to find out what is going on.  The internet is a place for discussiosn but not real medical advice such as this.  Only a professional can give you advice - in person.  A doctor on the internet could not even give you any advice except to go see someone as soon as possible.

No one can tell you what it is.
You need to see a medical professional to get answers to your questions, not the internet.
Why are you waiting and asking strangers for help when we don't know you, can't see you, and do not have a license to diagnose?
