Should I be worried of catching anything?

Firstly i'd like to admit i have a fear of catching diseases, but still i TRY to have a normal life by not letting the fear get the better of  me because ima soccer player its a physical sport...what happened today is an example is when it got the better of me. So  it was after our soccer match and were in the showers ah guy on the team was passing by and he sneezed in my direction but blood sprayed on my genitalia and another guys' as well. i was paranoid and just hoped the water washed it off...now after i put on my clothes n stuff while walking out of the showers i walked back on the pitch to have a team prayer and i realised i stepped in a  couple big splatters of blood ..i didnt see it at first cuz of the grass  but it was all over my sandals...now wen i got home i left it outside and then realised my bro put it on and walking around the house!!I'm losing my sanity over here thinking  of the what if scenarios..n the thing that worries me most is i know the guyz and all of them sleeep around way more than the avg guy.. who knows what they have.. Someone plz help n answer my question im having the worst day ever!

No risk there, I worry about the same things also though.  Sixty percent of new cases of Hep C are passed by I.V. drug abuse,  the rest of the small percentages are from something like a needle poke at work, by medical personnel, sexual contact, improperly sterilyzed surgical equipment, and a small amount come up as an unknown, but the blood has to enter your blood stream, so you would have to have a fresh cut on yr genitals or feet, so unlikely, right? I think your mind may be playing tricks on you, some find relief from phobias by going to a Psychiatrist, and they can prescribe an appropriate psych med to treat the anxiety, obsessions, etc.

I think I would have called 911 to investigate these pools of blood you stepped in....

Unless you had an open wound and the blood you came in contact with was infected with hepatitis, you are not at risk for HCV.

I would check out the OCD forum to seek help with the fear issues.
Good luck.
