I remember, after a week, my 12 wk vl results werent back yet, so my Doctor went on-line, and pulled my results up that way.
I remember Hector telling us how we can also access or own Labs this way, but I didn't pay close enough attention. I figure, my Doctor had to have a special password, account, etc, etc

After my wbc/anc went very low I visited the hematologist weekly.  There were able to give me the results from the cbc within minutes, but the blood was drawn for the pcr and sent to Quest.  The results from the pcr were available to the doctor as hrsepwrguy said, within 3-5 days.  Don't assume your doctor will call you promptly with the results.  If longer than 5 days, I'd give the doc a call.  Good luck.

If the lab sends the viral load out to another lab it can take up to a week, or even sometimes a bit longer. Usually mine are back within one week.

I agree 100% with hrsepwrguy. It takes longer thatn a standard CBC. I have seen the same thing myself at my transplant hospital.

Cheers!
