Hello..welcome! Are you talking about low platelets?  I have low platelets, I don't think there is much I can do about it.  I am hoping as my liver improves the platelets will come back.
Or are you talking about PTT/ INR?  Even though platelets are low my bleeding time is within the normal range

Do you mean "coagulation"? This is a very broad area that covers many topics. Do you happen to have Hepatitis C? If so I strongly encourage you to discuss this with your liver specialist. Meanwhile here is a manual (a PDF file) from a well respected source that many of us consult with.

It is called "Hepatitis C Advocate." This particular link is an HCPS Fact sheet (written by experts in the field of liver disease)  related to bleeding disorders and Hepatitis C.
