The recommended dose of PegIntron is 1.5 mcg/kg/week subcutaneously in combination with 800 to 1400 mg of REBETOL orally based on patient body weight. The volume of PegIntron to be injected depends on the strength of PegIntron and patient's body weight

PEGASYS AND COPEGUS COMBINATION
The recommended dose of PEGASYS when used in combination with ribavirin is 180 µg (1.0 mL vial or 0.5 mL prefilled syringe) once weekly

My husband is on 180 mcg Int and 1200 mg riba.  I think that is a standard dose of both meds for average sized people.

Its based on ones weight, but in all INC trials what you are on was the least amout given unless one needed to dose reduce... Sounds like your doing fine. Hang in there and wishing you the best....
