After discussing it with my dr I decided to wait til the new drugs come out later this yr that are all oral since my labs are good & no cirrhosis.  Good luck to you all!! I sure wasn't looking forward to those side effects again!! So I'm greatly relieved!!

Great to hear things are going so well for you, I am genotype 4, am starting all 3 meds this Friday. Have to have at least one cup of coffee, but that will be all. So probably 70 oz of water for me a day. Are you sleeping ok?

I started this on January 3rd.  It's going much better than I expected.  Viral load only two weeks into treatment went from 714,000 to 39 !!!  I'm hopeful!  I am now almost finished with week 5.  Had my labs done again, but no results yet.  Best of luck to you !!!  Did have to cut back to once a day on the riba due to side effects - anemia.  Other mild, occasional side effects very manageable.  Keep well hydrated !!  That is your best friend.  Drink, drink, drink !!  My doc said to drink at least 50% of your weight in ounces of fluids.  Wish I was a little thing !  And if you are a coffee drinker, you should double that amount....only half credit.  So, I have stayed away from caffeine altogether.
