I am going into week 11 with incivek and I have gained about 10 lbs. I feel gross but if it works it will be worth it.
As soon as I am done with Incivek I will go back to low carbs, no fat, no sugar, it goes quick, well it did before, who knows now? lol

I've been so sick the entire time the only time I eat is with the meds...so fortunately I have lost weight. I am so sick of eating...I'm also never going to want to eat peanut butter, ice cream, or cheese again.
Yes, Yes, Yes, On week 8 of triple tx with Inc and I am blowing up like a balloon. I havent even hit the scale as I am afraid to. When i went to the GI for my 6 week check up , he said I lost 5 lbs, but can hardly believe it now. I am running out of high fat food to eat that wont gag me. I know water is a good source of cleansing but I am sick of it too. (but still drinking it)
As far as avacados, they were easy to go down at first, and you got your fat grams, but they make my throat and neck itch when I eat them. I am probably the only freak on the earth that has that problem though. I just keep thinking only 4 more weeks of fat, fat fat, and then maybe I can get on a normal healthy diet .
I've definitely gained weight -- and not happy about it at all, since I am too fatigued to work out... I'll be finished with the INC in about 5 more weeks, so I'm hoping to get back to my regular food and a bit more energy...
I gained about 10 pounds on incivek in as many weeks but lost it all very quickly when the incivek stopped. I have since lost a few more pounds. I uaws peanut butter and ice cream and know what you mean about the avocado. I don't know if I will ever eat peanut butter or ice cream with fat in it again! Yikes!
I was in the best shape of my life before tx, gained 14 lbs in 8 weeks, lost a bunch when I got really really sick, put it back on bedridden for a month. Even on SOC tastes in food are different and my prior weight watchers type diet can't work for me now. I did use avacado for some of my incevik as it's 20 grams of fat with lowest calories. I will never eat another avacado as long as I live. I had 2 per day many days. The eating is hard, but not the hardest part of this treatment.
