white eggs/brown eggs

I have had some free time on my hands and have been going to different farm stands in my area trying to find the best tasting eggs. I have bought eggs with white shells and when I crack them open I find the yellow yolk surrounded by the whites, I have bought brown shelled eggs and when I crack them open I find yellow yolk surrounded by whites, I have purchased speckled eggs and when I crack them open I find yellow yolk surrounded by the whites, I purchased eggs from a chicken that was called the Jersy giant, but was really a leghorn but no matter when I cracked open its shell the yolk was still yellow surrounded by the whites

Might I suggest as a next project to travel the world and see which way the water swirls when you flush the toilet.

Heck, you might even be able to get a grant to fund that study as it seems to be easier for this type than for something as frivolous as HCV treatment studies.

So eggactly what are you trying to say?

Seriously - What were you looking for?  The color of the "white" to be the color of the shell?  I don't think you could judge the nutrional value by looking at the raw egg, so what then?

I have work around here needs doin' if you're bored, by the way.
