Annoying

Sunqueen brought up a good point in her mood status.  Why do we have to see the recent activity or moods of people who do not participate on the hepc forum.   Do they join simply because it's another forum to join?  Ok, maybe some of them do have hepc but many don't and there are certain ones who change their mood everyday and they never post or share any information.  It's very annoying to see things like I'm sad, or I have a tummy ache or I love my job and it just goes on and on.  Then there's the new photo updates or comments on photos and the entire recent activity side bar it taken up with nonsense.  I don't like it.  So what right?

The survey pops up for IE users, so if you are using Firefox, Chrome, etc., it won't pop up for you.

If you have cookies enabled, you should be able to open it once, decline, and then it shouldn't pop up again.  If it comes back after that, please let me know.

Emily,

That the thing.  I choose not to open it and it won't go away.  Every time I log on it's there.

I think I opened it up once but I didn't do it and it never came back. Maybe it's supposed to work that way?

I don't see the survey, either. I filled it out when it first popped up and it's never returned on the screen since then.

I do see the same kind of survey on a LOT of other sites recently. Even on the phone, I'm asked if I'll agree to answer questions about 'the customer experience' after I'm done with the 'representative'.

It's some kind of trend.
