That's great. I've only seen Dr.Fredrick but I'm happy with him. I'm sure Gish must be awfully busy with all he has going on.
BTW: I was thinking about you having insomnia and doing your riba 3 hours before you go to sleep. I was told if you have problems sleeping, you may want to change the time you do the later riba. Why don't you ask someone at you clinic if that's an option for you?
Thanks for the suggestion. I don't always have a hard time sleeping. The information about taking the riba 3 hours before bed came from a veteran of this forum. I've been on here almost a year. Now that I'm retired I can take a nap in the daytime if I need to and I can also sleep later. It's fine. Tomorrow I will only have 14 weeks left to go. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
