Prove 3 First week in Progress

Well, I'm off and running and some things are like riding a bicycle. No doubt the routine feels very familiar with the addition of some rather large 'horse pills' (glad to have them). I think I like the 'aready mixed' injections better too, psycholoically it seems it's mixed better (who knows). I must confess too that it must be like a woman having a baby in that after it's over you don't remember aspects of how tough it can be. But as my friends say "this too shall pass". At least the pre-treatment jidders are over and wanting to make sure that I do things right in terms of diet and staying active as I didn't do too well in that area last time.

The final on liver bio was: "Cirrhosis with mild activity, consistent with Chronic HCV (Batts and Ludwig, Grade 2/4, Stage 4/4) Moderate Macrovesicular Streatosis" I will post questions for this on other side.

Thanks for your support and encouragement as likely today and tomorrow is hardest and will plan to make it into 'high stress' (due to my role) work environment on Monday. Thanks for all your encouragment and hope I can give it in return as well! Blessings to my fellow 'fighters' as we're 'full of hope' as we go into battle.

Blessings and hopeful!

I posted a little thanks for your input, below. I know you are determined, and have a great attitude, two important factors during tx. I wish you success, and svr.

Good comments and I will take heed to them! The last time I didn't even try to do much and felt that I allowed myself to go down too fast but did make the 48. If i had been able to do 72 then I would have likely had SVR but didn't have the strength (at least I thought) to make it that far. But was surprised that in 6 months I felt 'pretty normal'. (you always loose something) But I'm no hero and just feel grateful for being accepted into Prove 3.

Susan, we're close together and love for you that you can do Monday's instead of trying to crame it all in (so to speak) over a weekend. I do mine on Friday after noons with hope of trying to make half of day on Monday. I'll watch for your posts as we're very close in timing. I am wishing you hope and praying that we will SVR on this stuff and believe that we will!

Child24Angel, thanks for your words of encouragement, it will come back to you many times over! :)

a fine example of "the art of bravery". youre lookin good. as you know the job will make the time fly by, but the high stress may take you down. if you are not forced, dont turn this into a session to see how much pain you can take. make plans now if you can, to have breaks in your work, if it turns out to be too much. look at what happened to debnevada. i know you already know all as this, youve been through it, but i just wanted to remind you.

a seasoned warrior hits the front lines once again.
fullofhope is gonna give em hell!
