I wanted to drop by and say hello . Last visit to the hep Dr . , he told me to wait for the new drugs coming in 2011 and a 40% chance to cure . I had to take a break from here and now I have to come back because I do think of everytone quite often . I hope everyone is doing ok . I really did miss ya's . Just understand why I come and go ! I know you do because I just know .

That was so sweet . I have came to the conclusion it was best because we didn't have to watch the so called bad part of the lingering cancer with either . A neighbor was building a new home and dropped by the day they were moving out to say goodbye . Their rott was going to the pound .My hubby said , open the door and let her out and he walked over and opened the door and let her come in our home . That was two and a half years ago . She had a wonderful home with us and Abby surely adored her babies and guarding our home .She is missed but out of pain . The big dogs always seem to go early .She was only 5 .We kept her inside and she had never had a flea or was ever dirty so she was happy .She was spoiled .She had a childs tent with a big mattress thing I made her for during the day and at night she slept on a twin m. Thank you for your kind words and welcome to this site . You'll find many smart and experienced peeps in here with knowledge more powerful than alot of the docs .You found a home with answers to all your questions .Thank you !    Tammy

I'm new here so I don't know much about you, but I just wanted to say I'm sorry for your losses... both your father in law and your rotty. My sister used to breed rotties, and they are wonderful dogs... once you get past the fear that they are going to eat you alive. I know you have a big hole in your heart right now. Give it time to heal. One day the sun will shine for you again.

I hope that day is soon.

You are correct with waiting . I didn't like the 40% chance to cure with inter and riba in the mix again . We didn't compete this year . Yes , she still worksout six days a week and is fighting next month . I am so proud of her .She graduated and we just got there when they pronounced her name for prom queen . What a beautiful tough little girl I have . She also got scholarships to a private college that almost pays for the whole thing . Thank you for asking about her . I so hope all is good with you . I had a hell week .My father in law passed from cancer Wed., and my rotty passed on Tuesday from cancer .I found myself coming here and I'm done with the breaks .

Wow, so really nice to see you. Cool, or as they say in South Africa at the World Cup, "sharp, sharp".

Does your daughter still compete in kickboxing? She was awesome, right? Any more national competitions?

I remember your decision to stop treatment early and it sure was the right thing to do. RA is not something you want to let get the upper hand. With stage zero, you really could have years to see what those scientists come up with to make treatment less
h-ellish.

I think you should not jump in the second the PI's become available.  You have time on your side to watch the scene and see how things get tweaked for the better. So much promise ahead.
