saw urologist today

Well, it is now a week since I'm off tx drugs. No shot last Friday.

Believe it or not, I can tell the difference. a little more energy.

The kidney stones issue ...well that was interesting. i have to have two tests late this week or early next and then lithotripsy on both kidneys. the right one has sustained some damage but she doesn't know how much.  it is prolly from tx.

and then there's my friend, who had kidney stones...never felt anything, doc said they must of dissolved on their own after he passed all the tests...you could dodge that too! best of luck....

Best of luck with the lithotripsies.  A comfortable lounge chair with a strong armrest to pound my fist on when those stone fragments were passing helped me get through it...

I was also vocal to my doctor about painkillers. Oxycodone made me very nauseous so he gave something else (some kind of purer form of morphine but I can't remember the name) which worked better.

The bright side is you are going to absolutely great after you pass those things!
