Hepatitis C Handbook

I can't remember who asked about the things we should not take. But I gave the wrong author of the book. It was Matthew Dolan. He mentions foods to avoid or reduce. There is a very long list of Harmful or (potentially harmful) drugs: prescription, over the counter and illegal. Then he mentions herbs that may be toxic. It's a long list. Then he has a section on Chinese/Asian herbs that is very interesting. Then he mentions Chemical/Environmental Pollutants. This list comes from healthyhepper.com

Hope everyone is doing fine.
