Got the call I am undetectable one year post!! I'm happy today. Newcomers hang in there, it can happen to you. This was not my first tx, and it was not real easy,  but well worth it!!

Not one drop of sadness what so ever!!! Thanks for the kind words, but believe me when I tell you I am no different than any other warrior on this forum. I worked very hard for SVR, but I also worked hard at getting Hep in the first place. I will tell you for sure I will not do anything to get reinfected that I am aware of. Not trying to blame anybody for how they got the virus, just being honest about how I personally got it.
 Never give up!! Stay on this forum if tx gets rough, and never give up!!!

Congrats.  You're an inspiration.  You must feel terrific!  I wonder, does it also make you feel somewhat strange?  I've imagined being clear of the virus and somehow there is an admixture of joy, hope and a tinge of sadness.

Thanks to all you folks, I could not have made it without all the help I got from you all. Maybe I could have done it, but it would have sucked more....lol!! For the new people, when it gets hard, and it probably will, please don't quit unless your Dr, tells you to. Get on here and ask questions. Most of us have heard it all and wont be shocked too much at any legitimate question.

This is great news and congrats!  Yes, folks like you give all of us who are chugging away much hope and it is doubly sweet when we see those of you who didn't make it the first time come back around and go after it again.
