This board is an amazing place.

Full of wonderful - fun - amazing people that have stood strong through some of the hardest times that can be had.

I'm so glad to have known all of you - and to meet even more of you.

Yanno - there were times at the end of my treatment when I was terrified, confused and in pain --- not knowing where to turn. The Docs all said --- "Nothing should be happening - you're doing great - never heard of that side effect... etc." So I felt like maybe it was all in my head - LMAO!

Without all of you - I would have walked a lot further in my shoes thinking I was the only one feeling strange or having side effects.

Without all of you - I wouldn't have had the strength to finish out the end of it.

Without all of you - I wouldn't have been able to learn as much as I have - been able to ponder as much as I have --- or have realized that life... no matter what it throws at you - is truly worth living, learning and loving.

Each of you - new and old are very special.

I don't know you --- yet... You're all a part of me.... Yanno?

Anyhow - even though I was away - I thought of youse guys --- thought about what you were all going through...

The Victories - the Triumphs - the Uncertainties - the Failures - The Hopes - The fears.

And I just wanted you to know that for every single one of you - I'm grateful... And I hope that you guys recognize that in yourselves... The strength you all have... Well - simply put... It amazes me.

I'm done.. LOL!

What a nice post, Meki. And ditto so much on all you said, all the great people here, the help, the comfort, the knowledge. Everyone gives something here. You have been all the above to others also, you know?
  When I first came on here (I'd read a awhile before joining, posting), you were in tx, struggling, but always so funny, still helping, posting. You and Forsee would do the long ones, all worth reading :)

Isn't that the truth! You get a tear (S) when someone relapse's, tears/smiles of joy when you see a UND and SVR, tears when someone has a tragedy or is suffering. Everyone that you have never 'met' (and those we have:) you hope so much for. This site brings people together and brings good things out of a frustrating, damaging disease!
