I am definitely going to look into getting it from the satellite tv company. I didn't even know you could do that. Thanks!
My main addiction is The Office. I never managed to catch the new season of that either, but watched them later on nbc.com. Watching the first five seasons over and over again on instant play Netflix really improves my mood. It still makes me laugh out loud and I recommend it to everyone - on or off tx :)
I can't wait for the last season of Lost - they have some serious explaining to do!!!
i could not live without my DVR I swear it's become a part of my heart I think sometimes! It gets so hard to hit that delete button I have to say but you just can't keep them all. One day I came in to watch my soaps and it was in the middle of a big event and it turned off because I ran out of room - I was HORRIFIED!
Jelise you NEED a tivo! I think mine costs $10 a month from the cable company but it doesn't have as many features as my Tivo did. Though cable is so expensive these days I don't know why I said only $10 :(
I did start to watch Fringe but already had so much tv going on it was getting like a full time job just to get through it all. My daughter loves Dexter and I have to get that one for myself someday - when Lost is over and I have time to stop obsessing about things like 'will Sawyer die as the tragic hero saving his friends at the end?" since he's "died" almost every season at the end it keeps nagging at me so much (No spoiler just my guessing about the future).
The sideways' are so awesome.....I really thought after the violet sky Demond blows up thing in the earlier season that they wouldn't be able to tie it altogether (cause it made no sense to me and I couldn't see how we could have figured that out and i HATE when you don't have a chance to figure things out for yourself) but now I see that it does and it doesn't matter cause there is NO way we could have guessed all this stuff!!!!!! Greatest show EVER!
Argh! Are you talking about Lost? Spoiler alert! =D
I watched the first five seasons on netflix, and am waiting for this one to come out so I can watch all of it in order. Don't tell me about Dexter yet either ha-ha. I gave up on ever actually catching a show on tv every week.
I really need Tivo.....
I've been rewatching the previous week's episodes that they show before the new one every week and pick up new stuff just from re-watching too. I can hardly stand to delete them out of Tivo, but you can't keep everything. The alternate realities (what's happening now and what would have happened if the crash had never happened) are blowing me away. Nice to hear that there is another 'grownup' watching besides me.
Have you watched Fringe on Fox? It's a bit like X Files: impossible stuff + conspiracy. Liking it a lot.
I rewatched it last night. There are so many things that I had missed inside that episode.
GREAT article with lots and lots of insider information (the person who writes this column MUST be connected because they noticed toooo many things to not be. For example when Locke is in the parking lot after getting fired there is a little toy polar bear in the box of items from his desk...............I mean shoot I sure didn't see that!)
Long but TOTALLY worth reading.

My secret obsession. This season is knocking me out.
