I have recently noticed my online status setting no longer "nobody"  available as an option..just friends or everyone. I was curious if anyone else is having issues with their privacy settings?  My phone makes it appear that I am online day and night which I don't like.

Exactly..... phishing, viruses, trojans, perverts ... and let's not forget the chick hawks, the sociopaths, the extortionists, the controllers, or the murderers.

Yea I made the mistake of downloading the app to my phone and it says I am on 24/7 too.  Plus my privacy settings have changed also.  There are too many perverts lurking around and I prefer not to be seen.

And yes OH, "privacy on the internet is an illusion" as well as some individuals who create illusions.

MH needs to change that back ASAP!

The nobody setting is gone in my settings as well, I don't like it either !!!!!!

I did contact them but they have not mssged me back yet...I was already a little worried about privacy here due to my facebook "like" of "rashes in the hep c community" which was on my facebook page for 5 months! (and it was a page I posted on too) So 300 fb friends could read on their newsfeed about me treating my HCV. (which I preferred to be private.)

Obviously that was my fault..hitting something accidently but I heard it happen to someone else as well...and I do think it is too easy for our personal medical information to be shared.

Now that the privacy settings seem like they are changing I do feel even less comfortable.

Have you contacted medhelp and asked about the problem ? I know they deleted a lot of statuses that had political themes to them. Didn't know about the rest.
I do know they often have the wrong time when something was posted~ a minor inaccuracy but still. . .

Yes, I have that issue as well as appearing to be online when I am not.
I am trying to wean myself from this damn computer so I figure one more reason to leave, if I cannot control my privacy settings.
Ach, yesterday, I tried sending a message by phone-what a mess, so many typos-never do that again, lol.
I hope they get it straightened out. :)
