Natural Treatment

Has anyone opted for an alternative or natural teratment? If so what was the results?

This turkey was the first bit of meat i eat all year,i have an organic turkey once a year as a treat...ill say one thing tho....i feel like ive gained some heavy duty muscle coming on after working out from that bird....good for working out.

I opted for natural treatment for my parents after considering all options. At the time they were going to treat, some of the newer treatments were not available yet, mainly Interferon was being used. I am not against the traditional approach or any Doctor in general, I just wanted to try a more gentle approach to healing my parents before taking more drastic measures. I knew the task was "supposedly impossible" but tried anyway.

The least I could do was prolong their lives by strengthening their entire bodies... or prepare their bodies for treatment by helping to build up their immune systems.

They were going to get Interferon treatment so I "flipped out" and told them I would find a way to heal them. They agreed to the demands of their 18-year old son(I'm 26 now), even though they didn't believe that I would ever be able to heal them. At the time I didn't know what I would need to do exactly to heal them... but I knew that with hard-work and effort I had a good chance despite the many studies that have already been done by actual medical professionals & the tireless work of the entire medical community to find new cures...

I used freshly juiced Vegetables and Fruit on a daily basis. My goal was to provide their bodies with everything they could possibly need to function at peak performance. I figured that if their bodies were extremely healthy(more than most people)... their immune systems would fight off Hep-C.

Vegetables and Fruit were a very unlikely source of healing that I did not expect... In learning about the healing properties of them, I could never look at plants the same way again. Since before my studying I only looked at Vegetables & Fruit as a source of very good nourishment, not a source of great healing power...

I had read many anecdotal stories about people using Vegetables and Fruit to help cure a variety of illnesses including Cancer(Such as Dr. Lorraine Day), and I was also aware of the many scientific articles describing how certain Vegetables and Fruit PREVENT almost all illnesses including Cancer... so I couldn't go wrong in attempting to heal my parents. They weren't suffering from any side-effects from Hep-C yet, other than my Dad who had "bleeding ulcers".(Which may or may not have been a symptom of Hep-C.) He had severe heartburn all-day everyday with pain in his chest. He was diagnosed as having bleeding ulcers. The ulcers were killing him and he had blood in his stool everyday as well. So I healed his bleeding ulcers completely with nothing but fresh Green Cabbage juice. It is fairly well-known in the medical community that fresh Green Cabbage juice totally heals bleeding ulcers. Within a couple weeks he was completely healed of the bleeding ulcers. Within only one day of drinking Green Cabbage juice his heartburn and pain in his chest went away. It was a good way to totally avoid Vagotomy or Antrectomy surgery...

My next goal after that was to heal him of Hep-C.

I used almost all of the known plants(Vegetables/Fruit) that are said to be helpful for the Liver, and I juiced a large variety of them on a daily basis.

Here are some examples of Vegetable/Fruit drinks I used(1-2 glasses per-day):

4-5 Carrots
1 Handful of Spinach
10 Broccoli Florets
1/4 of Green Cabbage
2 Stalks of Celery
1-2 Green Apples
1/2 inch slice of Ginger Root


6-7 Carrots
1 Large handful of Parsley
6 Brussels Sprouts
4-5 Leaves of Lettuce
1 Tomato
1 Orange
1/2 Red/Yellow Bell Pepper


4-5 Carrots
5-10 Cauliflower Florets
1/2-1 Green Pepper
Small piece of White Onion
1/4 slice of Potato
1/2 Cucumber
1 Green Apple
5-10 Red Radishes

4 Apples
1 Handful of Cranberries
3-4 Kale Leaves
1/2 Red Beet
3-4 Broccoli Florets
3-4 Cauliflower Florets
1-2 Stalks Asparagus
1/2 inch slice Ginger Root
1/2 Lemon
1-2 Stalks of Celery

I learnt how variety is a key factor, since many antioxidants and vitamins/minerals, etc., work synergistically together and so aren't as effective when used separately. Knowing this, I never gave my parents the same combination of Vegetables and Fruit 2 times in a row, but always alternated between different varieties to get as many different forms of Vitamins/Minerals/Amino Acids/Antioxidants, etc, as possible, on a daily basis. Sometimes I would miss a day or two here and there in making them juice. Sometimes I'd never miss a day for 30-days straight.

I used mainly the things that have been proven to have some kind of beneficial effect for the Liver and other Organs such as the Heart, Lungs and Kidneys. I studied the glands in the human body and researched what chemicals/substances derived from plants may help them to function better. (i.e. Such as using Red Radishes to help the Adrenal Gland to function better, to allow better usage of Adrenaline within the body.) I also studied plants that may inhibit Hep-C in other ways. I still continue to study the subject.

I am not saying anyone with Hep-C should study up on this and increase their intake of Fresh Vegetables & Fruit... but you asked if anyone has used an "alternative treatment" and wanted to know the results, so it is an opportunity to share my story. ;-)
