I've damned the torpedoes. I am doing the www.musclehack.com 10-week weight lifting cycles, including diet advice. I just finished the 10 week "total six-pack abs" and I'm sure I violated every rule for Hep C patients in the book (ie pure protein meals, pure carbohydrate meals, yada yada). Should you do this? don't ask me. However, I don't tell lies on this list by being super worried but still drinking alcohol and/or staying obese and glutinous. I also take all the recommended HR nutrients minus the 2 real expensive ones. My next endeaver should you care? Another 10-week cycle at MuscleHack.com and do everything I can out of the book called "The Four Day Body" by Tim Ferris.
Yes, Canned Spinach is the perfect answer to the HCV Body Builder Supplement question.
Since they feel more comfortable asking total cyberspace strangers instead of asking their Dr. these questions, I suggest Canned Spinach. The only drawbacks are possible to much Iron and it may turn A Corn Cob Pipe into a Whistle.
You will get your Leafy Greens and “You’ll Fight to the Finich cause you Ate Your Spinach.”
Oh my.....too many tylenol???
Poopdeck Pappy: Eat that spinach. Popeye: I don't wanna. I don't wanna. Waaaaah. Waaaaah.
Poopdeck Pappy: You disobedient brat. You was disobedient when you was two and you're still disobedient now.
Poopdeck Pappy: You wouldn't eat your spinach. Spinach what kept our family strong for thousands of years. And what does me only oxspring do with it?
Popeye, Poopdeck Pappy: He spits it up!
Popeye: I is disgustipated.
Ask him about Canned Spinach.
i believe even in a compromised state that our bodies often adjust to a variety of assaults with out showing up on bloodwork for some time if ever. i would be very careful and work with my hepatologist when makeing decisions about supplementation if u have hcv.
