Even when I finally go to sleep at 6 am :(   I am still up a few hours later.

I think I know what I need to sleep and it isn't a pill , lol!!!

Thanks for that info. I really didn't need the I phone but as I love my IPod, think they figured I'd use it. (16GB's in a phone! And the next one has 32! Which is ridiculous really!) .... but as I got it, only have a few days to exchange and as it cost $500 , feel I should get a comparible one. The tilt looks pretty good. I have to have a key board, that touch screen only is the main thing I don't like (nor the size) of the I phone. I agree on too much time on the net also, tho often I need info. off of an e-mail, so could be nice. That AT&T tilt has so much on it, have a feeling I may be online, playing on it everywhere! (not really a good thing!) The tether part is a plus over the I phone.

Of course, I had a nice LG phone and never learned all of that one :(

Thanks, LL

I have a plain old LG basic model that I tether to my laptop.  I worked my entire life in the computer industry, so I hate the thought of carrying email along with me!

Another option is a laptop connect card.  With this, your laptop is on the net where ever you go within range of a cell tower; costs about $60 per month.

The tethering option on my LG will also cost $60 for unlimited downloads, but I can get 10 meg downloads per month for $24.  That is a lot of data if all you are doing is reading stuff on medhelp and sending an occasional email.

If you need instant access to email: stock trading or emergency services for example, then a PDA is required.

I already spend too much time on the net, so the last thing I want is a PDA.  I need the tether when I go sailing.  Otherwise, I don't even need that!  Every hotel now has free wi fi and there is a web site that tells you where the nearest hot spot is and even gives you a map.

Did that a lot on tx, but it's over now!?

I need PDA help.lol! Got the new 16GB Iphone for my b-day and hate it! (not to be ungrateful!!) but have 2 days to swap it and thinking on the PDA, tether to your lap top AT&T Tilt. Someone here (pro??) had been commenting on this.
Where are you now ????

Hugs back to you, LL
