1 year PCR-SVR!

It's been quite some time since I posted, but I wanted to let everyone know my results came back undetected for my 1 year PCR! I've been busy working and re-establishing my life here in sunny California. I suck at keeping in contact with people, but I think of everyone here often. I truly could not have finished my treatment otherwise. I don't have words enough to thank you all! You are in my heart and soul. My life was changed! Thank you Lord, and thank you fellow medhelpers! You are my heroes!
Much Love,
Julie

Thank you all! I feel good for the most part, minus the occassional aches and pains that age and a back with problems brings. I experienced depression, but felt a lot of it was because of the marriage failing and finding myself alone dealing with treatment. For me my faith and my church family got me thru...tho there were days and nghts of tears.I cried out to God frequently! I found strength i didnt know i had. So for those treating hang in...you are strong. My mantra was I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. He did...I made it...no AD meds...just some ambien because I couldn't sleep, and procrit the last half when my hemoglobin tanked...my Dr. commented on my smile. I kept it thruout...even when I wasn't having such gracious feelings towards my ex. It wasn;'t easy. At times really sucked, but because of great people on forums like this...i came out the other side...undetected...praying it stays this way. so..thank you... i plan on checking in more regularly...seeing how my fellow warriors are doing! We will beat this thing!  We are young, heartache to heartache we stand
No promises, no demands
Love is a battlefield
Stay focused and strong...you are Blessed!!!

Congrats on your 1 year post tx results Julie, that is fantastic news!!!
For some reason the whole tx ordeal seems like a distant memory to me. As I was out for my morning waddle, I had to chuckle to myself, ironically I've gotten myself into pretty good fighting shape for my upcoming hip surgery. and as I was walking, I was thinking of the physical cycle of my hep c journey...I was in pretty good shape before treatment, around 1 year into tx I had a flat a$$, after 72 weeks of tx I had no a$$, 1 year post tx, with appetite in full swing I had a fat a$$, and now a year and a half or so after tx I finally have a firm a$$!!!

full circle (lol!)

best of luck to you.............;^)
