Hang in there!
You'll have periods that are smooth going and you may have a few rough spots. You may even be one of those who glide through tx.
Good Luck

Once the Interferon reaches an even level in the body (by 12 wks) then many times, the side effects of the Interferon shot go away altogether, which is what happened with me. Every now and then, I would have a variance with that, generally speaking, the Interferon shots were easier, after the first 12 wks.
Thanks to all of you and the one thing I realized and is very important to me is how all of u stressed drinking water....I don't ...I drink Coca-Cola all the time 1 after the other...Thanks
Wax's and wanes for me. Just be aware of how you are feeling and pay attention to your water intake.
Be sure to tell your doc of any changes, dont be like me, remember the squeaky wheel gets the grease!!
Meaning: had i been more up front sooner about my sx, not only may I have not been having such a time (30 weeks into tx) but possibly wouldn't be headed in for upper and lower GI evaluations,
During my tx, the first few weeks were easy, then things started to get tough around weeks 3-5. After several more weeks, then I began to settle in and adjust to the meds and the feeling of being exhausted on most day. Side effects will come and go, so be sure to drink plenty of water and stay ahead of rashes and things like that. Best of luck to you.
