Sunlight or heat which makes you the sickest

Hey everyone, I haven't been on for awhile, I apoligize.

I hope all everyone is SVR and feeling awesome.

I have noticed even with hydrating more that with 90 temperatures this weekend I have gotten naseas and worn out when outside for more than a while.

Is it mostly the heat from the sun or the bright sunlight?

Thank
Head

Heat got to me very much during tx.

Good to see you posting.  Hope you are well.  You must be getting close to the end by now, right?

Heat for sure.  Can't do it at all.  Makes me itch. Now that it is hitting close to 90 down here, the combination of heat and sun is a bit much, but it is for sure the heat that is worse.

It's nice to hear from you....hope that your tx is going well, otherwise.

Take care,

Isobella

It's the heat for me, regardless whether it's sunny or overcast.  I went through most of my tx in the hottest summer NZ has had for years and I felt so sick and uncomfortable when ever I was exposed to the heat.  Weird cos I've always been a heat lover...  The brightness of the sun just increased my discomfort. Once we got in to autumn where we still had bright sun but not as much heat or humidity I found I could actually enjoy the sunlight for a while.  Other than that I was a vampire for the whole of tx!
