We post a lot of things on here I had to send a SPECIAL THANK YOU to Tiredofhepcll for donating over $3,000 out of his own pocket to make HEP C AWARENESS WRIST BANDS! ;) Thank You to the Members of the site for the donations so more can be made and to Roger for Shipping and Making Fact Cards! A Special thank you to Medhelp for bringing us all together and letting us support each other and complaining and giving us HOPE! I have never been so proud to call two people my friends as I have Jon and Roger. They deserve a Special round of THANK YOU's ;)
So what if the petition didn't pass the first time doesn't mean we stop and give up! Margeret has worked hard we can print a actual form and get signatures by hand as well from people! Remember WERE NOT GOING TO TAKE IT and we don't have too lets get this passed ;) If we sit and do nothing guess what nothing will happen! I collected 100.00 in donations today wait till you see what Tiredofhepll is up to next... Besafe Smile and remember DONT STOP TREATMENT. No I am not fixing my spelling errors I am to tired haha...

Bashly I used to feel just like you now I tell everyone and anyone who will listen! Your not alone be proud of who you are. We all make mistakes. You don't need to send cash just be positive and try to help people who are going through what your going through stick with it! Remember that the meds mess with your mind at time and all of us have dealt and are still dealing with it. So when you need something were all here. Now a lesson I learned about this site is your social needs get posted on the HEP C Social side haha and if you have a medical questions it gets posted on the Hep C Doctor side. If you mess up dont worry they will NICELY direct you to the correct posting side! You will learn to navigate around quickly because so many people will guide you.

Where can I find a link to sign and pass on? I'm not working right now and have 3 small children, so financially I can't do much. But, please, if there is anything else I can do to help, please, let me know! I would love to help, love to get the word out, and especially to educate! I've always been VERY afraid to tell anyone that I have HCV. I am always so afraid of the reaction I will get. Anything I can contribute, just ask. And thanks so much for all the work already put in!

A Java Jacket is the paper, (corrugated) sleeve that goes around a paper coffee cup to keep you from burning your hands. Google Java Jacket. go to my pics
Ditto to all that! What is a java jacket? Is that like a thingy that goes around your mug? Coffee Mug?
One last thing..............these are not being offered to Coffee house chains, only independents........................at least that way people may take notice.

Actually it is $3000 including the Hep-C Java Jackets and the wrist bands and cards. Those would be pretty expensive wrist bands. But thank you for the mention.

Almost want to thank "Hep C" (not really)...but because of this disease I have met some of the most wonderful, warm and caring people. For that, I am extremely grateful. And I am also grateful for this wonderful forum here that makes this all possible. I truly love each and everyone of you...
Saw a great movie with hubby today "Hope Springs"...recommend it to all and especially the "baby boomers"...LOL. It was a great reminder to not take the people in your life for granted.
