HBV +surface antigen reactive shows you have a hbv infection.
Not sure but iirr, neg -HBe Ag means hbv is not active or transmittable to others, and you are currently in a carrier state.
I am 100% not sure about this -HBe Ag, this hbv is new to me. Best to discuss with your DR.
Also to confuse the matter;
"there are some types (strains) of HBV that do not make e-antigen; these are especially common in the Middle East and Asia. In areas where these strains of HBV are common, testing for HBeAg is not very useful."
