Hi , l am a newbie ,, l was dianosed with hep C about 8 years ago ,, l have regular liver function tests ,, and they have always come back as normal ,, l am just wondering what sort of diet should l be on to help control this disease ,,, thanks for any help  ,,,,,,,    cheers

what a bummer ,,, l love red meat and l  am a very basic veggie eater. l have just moved to Thailand and find the veggies here a bit strange and tasteless, it is difficult to get western style veggies so l am trying to grow my own (with little success to date),,,, anyway thanks for your input it gives me a direction to look into

i think u are not suppose to eat alot of meats( red) eat veggies...
