Dango did it again,

I lost most of the interferon as I tried to inject it into my tummy.  It came out the side of the needle where it attaches to the syringe.   I may be plunging to fast I dont know so thats 2 shots I've lost, 1 way in the beginning and not at 15 weeks.  My monitor said we have to let it go because there is no way of knowing how much got in.  
Dang if I stay und at this point I taking some mighty good study drugs.

sounds like u are not tightening the syringe and needle enuf. i always had trouble getting the cover off the needle so i used rubber gloves for traction. maybe u should have another demo by nurse for the next one. best luck, babs824

Hi Babs,
I've done 13 out of 15 OK and I try to tighten everything before I inject after taking the protective cover off, it releases the bubble OK w/o leaking

then see if u can do with nurse there. or if u have a friend who has given injections this way. good luck, babs
