Here a list of acronyms
Hepatitis: means Inflammation of the Liver. From ancient Greek hepar or hepato- meaning 'liver' and suffix -itis denoting 'inflammation'
Acute Hepatitis: Lasts less than 6 months
Chronic Hepatitis: Persists longer than 6 months
