Hey, It's only 2:45 AM and no ones on for hours! Where's all my fellow Riba wired insomnia buddies?? Past few nights? You guys at Childs party off site somewhere :} ?

  So much for insomnia, have moved along the roller coaster to 'awwww God, I feel awful' and crawling into bed with a remote. (shot day this am.)
  Plus been a bit testy these past few days. Can ya' tell :{  I have a rule, when you start 'reacting' instead of responding, walk away :}  Haven't done too bad with 'Riba rage'  but skins just crawling past few days.....can I have a beer, PLEASE?? A wine, martini??
   J/K.... I'd 'loose' it the 2nd it hit my mouth. Alcohol is one thing I couldn't do on tx even if I was stupid enough to do it! Would not go down!

Have a nice night all, get some sleep. See you at 4:00 am in a day or two :}

When I started tx last June, I was up forever. Then the Doc gave me Ambien.
I do miss those late night movies!

I would be in your condition if I wasn't addicted to the Ambien!  

Maybe the people were sleeping while you couldn't get on here on the site for a couple of days.

It's 2;30 here, so of course you are in a different time zone, but all the same I have insomnia too. Over 5 days of not sleeping at night.  Today I had an appt at 1;30pm w/ Rhemy and one at shrink at 3. Was in so much pain from not taking pills the nite before I came home inbetween appts. Took my boots off, put my heating pad up to mother and I was out cold! Had a great 2 hr. nap and felt great when I woke up.

Here I am! Have been up for hours as usual just waited awhile this morning.
Going back to work next month so trying to get in the mode of being "normal" ????

Sleep habits are for the birds.
