Question on testing

Hi
I just went for a full urine test on STDs
I went for the urine test an about 1 hr plus ago I did went to release my urine.. so till taken the urine samples, I hold my urine about an hour plus too...
Will this result be conclusive when I received the results...
Like to know if is conclusive or the result not reliable...

This is the test I went for my full Panel STDs test.

HIV, Syphilis, Hepatitis A/B/C, Candida Antibody, Herpes Simplex Virus Type I and II, Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea PCR, Monilia, Trichomonas, Mycoplasma/Ureaplasma, Urine microscopy and culture

Is this test at 5weeks 3days... can it be conclusive...tks

But for the
herpes - any indication shown if active or non-active. How many percent can be trust..
if active - chances of retest at 3 months will shown negative.
if non-active - chances of retest at 3 month will shown positive.
HIV - will the antibiotic shown anything.

You must get a blood test for IgG antibodies type specific for HSV1 and HSV2. No other test will be conclusive. The test must be taken at least 12 weeks post possible exposure.

  This is the my story.....
8th oct I had a protector sex and unprotected oral sex with a sex worker(less than a minute for oral). On 13th oct, I vomitted my food all out in the wee hours and my appetite drop alot, I lost over 6kg till today.
During this 3 weeks, I had slight diarrhoea almost once everyday, I went to see 3 different family doctors and 3 doctors said is  gastric flu.
I did notice under my foreskin there is something not there shown up.. a few white dots in a roll
I went to see another different doctor regarding my exposure and he check my penis and told me through his experience doesn't look like herpes.
There was 3  times I got slight stomachache I use my tummy strength  to push and urine and stools out after my urine finish, some transparent discharge out from my tip of my penis which looks like semen.( that only happen 3 times till today, it looks like semens to me but I am worried.when I urine, can feel hot when the urine flows out,no urinate irritation or burning sensation. I not sure if is STDs. Plus on my surrounding on hairy place itch and sometimes on the balls.. pls need some advice
I had slip disc on my  lower back so I not sure if is it my old injuries or because of herpes causing the pain.
lower back is feeling tied up and causes nerves pull to both my calf.

What have I done since the last exposure:
8 oct protected sex & unprotected oral
22 oct HIV rapid test(negative)
29th oct swaptest for Herpes(undetectable)
5 nov blood test and urine test for Syphilis.(no herpes test) all fine for my blood and urine test.
Then full panel on STDs check on 15 nov

I am now anxiety and my mind keeps on thinking.
for the last few days when I busy I wont have anything feel or uneasy..
just want to check if is it anxiety causes all this symptoms.
what are the changes getting STDs

Regret and Worried might pass to my wife

Add on..
These 2 days inside my mouth the gums bleed ... I am just worried... pls help

Inside my mouth, got some white spot, no idea what is it..
Crack and dry lips  with white spots on my lips and mouth.. no pain on the white spot.
Drink lot of water still having dry lips

Abit of uncomfortable throat issue
Abit of running nose
But this only last 3-4days after I took some medication, my throat issue is gone and still have slight running nose

Just to check if Anxiety will cause all these symptoms??
I will go for full check soon and just wan to ask if these symptoms is also cause by ANXIETY...
PLS ADVICE
