Please help me figure this out!

Ive had oral sex with my partner and i had a canker sore but Im herpes positive. I want to know could ive still passed it on even though it was a canker sore and not an herpes outbreak?

well since you have no idea if your hsv1 is even active or not, no way to even guess.

if your partner has never been tested to know his status, now is a good time while it's on your minds.

my partner has not been tested yet. OMG I cant live with myself if Ive done that to him.How big is the possibility that i could've transfer it?

canker sores are different from oral herpes infections.  you still should not be performing oral on a partner when you have an active canker sore though because it's an open portal into the body for bacteria. also sometimes what triggers a canker sore to reoccur will also trigger herpes to shed so always better safe than sorry.

what is your partner's hsv1 status?
