i exposed genitals to a coldsore

i am a 28 year old male and 2 days ago made a stupid mistiake. im in a struggling relationship and i went to see a sex worker. we french kissed for about 6 second and i recived oral for about 1 minute. i then realized how stupid i was being and made excused to leave, as i left i realised she has a coldsore on her lip. i am now totally worried i have caught herpies. i realised during the this how special my girlfriend really is and i love her so much and dont want to lose her. is the a high chance i have caught an std? i am trying to not have sex with my gf but i dont know how long i can keep it up until she wonders why.  my question is what is the realistic risk here?

nothing going on in your ears is related to this.

a little itch isn't likely to be std related either.

It's very low risk that you contracted a std from this. totally up to you if you want to avoid sex with your partner or not.

if i dont have any symtoms it it relatively safe to have sex with my girlfriend, or should i try to make excuses for three week not to have sex.

also, is there much risk of picking up any other stds?

thankyou very much for your time, its extreamly appreciated

only time will tell if you contracted hsv1 genitally or not.  if you have hsv1 already yourself orally, odds are you won't contract it. Even if you don't have hsv1 orally already, odds are in your favor of not contracting it.

if you don't notice any symptoms in the next 3 weeks, odds are you didn't contract it.

have you ever had a cold sore yourself?

have you ever been tested to know your own herpes status?

was this protected oral sex you received?
