Oral transmission of hsv2

i am a gay male 46 years old and just found out from my doctor that I have HSV2. I probably have had it for quite a few months at least, I am asymptomatic and take valtrex daily. Is it probable that someone would catch HSV2 by giving me oral sex or is it a small chance? Another question is, if that same person performs oral sex on me and then immediately after performs oral sex on another,  can that second person be given my hsv2 by way of mouth to genital contact. I really would appreciate someone in the medical fields help on this as I don't want to spread HSV2 and I want to keep my partner safe. I have already asked someone about it but I want to have a second opinion.

here are my test results. I went for a full std screening and hsv2 was all that came back positive.

Herpes Simplex Virus Type I IgG Test
<0.91
0.00-0.90
Negative

Herpes Simplex Virus Type II IgG Test
2.68
0.00-0.90
Positive

thank you very much for answering my questions. It was kinda scary finding out that I had it. I am dealing with it now as best I can. It is more of a head trip for me as opposed to the
physical part of it. Since I'm asymptomatic, it is almost hard to believe that I have it since there is no "physical proof". Thanks in advance!

The rates of hsv2 infection in gay males is 60% on average. It's pretty common but it's something you and your partners need to be educated about. Having hsv2 significantly increases your risk of contracting hiv so it's well worth you and your partners knowing who has what.    Do you have a regular partner? if so, have they been tested yet to know their status?

can a partner contract hsv2 orally from performing oral sex on you? they can but overall the risk is low. If you aren't aware of your partners std status in general, protected oral sex is in your best interest.  It helps protect them as well as protects you from std's also. Even though overall the risk of a std from oral is low, protected oral protects you from ngu too which is annoying in general.

can a partner transmit hsv2 from your genitals to someone elses from performing oral on the two of you in succession? no it doesn't work that way.  always in your best interest in a situation like that though to be engaging in protected oral sex.

I will gladly look at your hsv results if you want to post them here - e.g. hsv1 igg 6.9 and hsv2 igg 2.6 or whatever they are to see if you need additional confirmatory testing to confirm your status.
