Anal Herpes Risk

I made a mistake last night and got a covered blow job from an asian massage parlor 10 days ago. She kissed up and down my back using her tongue(including my butt checks and possible briefly around my anus(i dont think she hit my anus though)). She then briefly kissed my shaft(twice) and balls (twice) and licked my tact until I told her to stop and put on a condom. After that there was no contact besides the condom. Immediately after I went and took a shower and throughly washed myself with soap and hot water.

What is my risk of Herpes? About 5 days after the fact my butt became itchy but it is only sometimes.  Like today there is no itching at all. There are also no bumps or anything either.

Should I go to a doctor or is it just me worrying too much about it?

Also if you are having such a fear of herpes why don't you take the steps to protect yourself from this.  Waiting until you have a partner that will have the testing to prove their status for Herpes or only allowing protected activities.

Extremely low.  I wouldn't even bother with testing.  Kissing isn't going to penetrate the thick body skin not and herpes needs heat and fritction.  Other reasons can cause your butt to itch.  Be seen by a provider for your symptoms.  But the risk for herpes here is low.
