Anal herpes?

* 22 Years old
* Male
* 5'8
* 175 lbs
* Hispanic
* For two days
* Foreskin shaft
* HSV1 Oral
* No medications

(I did shave my butt in these pics to get.the best quality I could)

I recently had a straight encounter with a female where I rubbed my penis against her vagina for two seconds and we mutually masturbated. (she says she's clean but she r crntly had unprotected sex with someone like six times so she doesn't know...) I hooked up with her about a week ago.  Since then, I've been having a sore feeling on my penile shaft all the way to my rectum and knees.

..do I have anal herpes now?

I got std tested for herpes in Feb and it came out negative. I've had no other partners so if it was anything it'd be this encounter...

Does this look like herpes or like a scratch? Should I get it swabbed? It doesn't itch or anything.

And here it is today
So, it hasn't spread at all.

The only way to know what is happening is to see a doctor and get some testing. I don't know how else I can say it.

Yes I am
I'm also just trying to get educated kind of, when an anal herpes out break happens, does it happen around the anus itself or in the buttcrack/whole area?
Just like with oral herpes, herpes that appears in the penile or vaginal area, herpes that appears in the anal area will differ from person to person.

Some will get one small outbreak, others will have more severe symptoms, especially if it's their primary outbreak.

Please go to the doctor, and please get some counseling.
You have been fully advised to the best of our forum members' ability, and extensively, at that.  Please follow up with a doctor in-person to address any remaining concerns.

You know what I think.

I think if you have symptoms of anything, you need to be seen. You had no risk for herpes from your encounter. I'm not a doctor so I don't look at pics since I can't diagnose.

I just can't say it any other way. You need to get some help for your anxiety. You had time to get 4 pics of your anus (which requires some work), so you had time to look up counseling services. Your college is a great place to start.
