Any help on what this is?
I masturrbated this morning and it felt normal but a couple of hours later when I went for a shower, I noticed there was these small red dots on the tip of my penis, quite like a rash. I have no pain when I urinate and it's not itchy. I've looked on various health websites and it doesn't seem like it's herpes. One account on this website said he had the same condition and it went away but I had unprotected sex a couple of days ago but I only noticed this (whatever it is) in the shower this morning. I want to know if anyone has had the same or if anyone knows what this is?
Any ideas? I'm quite embarrassed about it and want to know if I really have to go to my GP.
