Bacterial or worse?

I've been previously tested w. IGG to know my HSV status for both types (neg). Since then sex w. condom ~13 times total (3 mins/time) with a low risk person (says he's only ever been w me which I believe but just in case). Also two time encounter w.o oral or sex but maybe 2 minutes total of me sitting on him and neither of us in underwear (different guy). That's all since I've been tested. No oral at all only condom protected sex and the brief unprotected contact w.o. penetration.

I got a bump on labia majora. It was a small pink bump for a week or so but not like a zit. It looked like an inflamed hair gland since there's a lot of glands in that area and it had a small white head. No hair I could see (it was on the inner edge of the labia majora towards labia minor but still sparse hair in the area). After a week/so it flattened out but it didn't look like an ulcer that I've googled it just looked pinkish with a bit of white but shiny? Refilled with yellow/white pus after maybe 1.5 weeks which drained in hot shower. Left 2 small yellow scabs with pink around them (maybe 1-2mm) total lasted about 3 weeks. Couldn't be primary as no sex in over a month. No pain, no itching, no other issues. Spoke w. Westover heights and Terri said it didn't really sound like HSV but couldn't tell me what it was. Should I be worried? Does it sound like a bacterial irritation of a hair gland or viral?

I don't think it's hsv and yes other things can act the same way. Thats why it's so hard to diagnose hsv without a culture. I would test at 12 weeks from your last exposure for your own peace of mind.

It could have been many things. The fact that Terri Warren told you this doesn't sound like hsv is a good thing. I agree with her. Hsv lesions progress quickly and are full of clear liquid. If this was a primary outbreak it probably would have been more severe with multiple lesions in a small area. The fact that it took one and a half weeks for the sore to open screams  ingrown or other infected skin issue. I would not be worried.

Hi,
So you don't think it sounds like HSV? Folliculitis/infected glands can act this way? W/ the timeline I don't think it could be primary bc it took over a month of no sexual contact at all to appear. The liquid was definitely ***** white and yellow (not straw or clear). Would you recommend blood testing again? Or should I just assume it was something else?
