Molluscum Contagiosum or Herpes?

I am a sexually active straight male and I am 26 years old. I also may have a compromised immune system due to irritable bowel syndrome/Crohns disease. I was also diagnosed with HPV about a year ago and have since received treatment. I recently had unprotected sex with two different women in the month of Feb. and 4 weeks after I had sex with the first lady I experienced a small bump on my foreskin ( I am not fully circumcised). I noticed the small bump on a monday night and went to the clinic on wednesday morning that same week. The night I noticed the bump I picked and scratched it until it turned red and popped like a pimple which is exactly what I thought it was at first. The pimple like bump fully healed 6 or 7 days after it appeared and left the skin slightly whiter/discolored. I went to the clinic the same week I noticed the bump and they did a herpes culture which came back negative. The doctor at the clinic told me that it might have been molluscum contagiosum. That same week I went to the clinic I started to feel a tingling sensation on my foreskin, the tingling lasted for three days or the entire weekend and my foreskin was also a little pink/red. I believed it to be balantis and applied antifungal which helped stop both the tingling and the redness. I waited for bumps to appear on my foreskin to confirm herpes but none appeared, however, one week later one large flesh colored bump and one or two smaller red bumps appeared on the left side of the shaft of my penis. I do not recall a tingling sensation in the area where the bumps have recently appeared. I should also note that the bumps appeared a day after traveling on an international flight, so I was both stressed and sleep deprived.  Anyway I applied 2% salycic acid the night I noticed the new bumps and the next day the bumps were significantly smaller. I also slept for over 10 hours that same night. The tingling sensations are currently non-existent and there is no burning sensation whatsoever; there is however a sense of general discomfort and the area itches on occasion. The bumps are new but they are not blistering and they are also not painful to touch unless rubbed vigorously. I am also experiencing one or two coldsores on my upper lip. My question is what exactly am I experiencing and why am I experiencing so many different symptoms? Am I experiencing HPV, mild or atypical symptoms of HSV 2 or possibly genital HSV 1, or Molluscum Contagiosum?  Please any insight or advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I have unprotected sex over 14 months ago, about 4 months or more ago I had one white pimple type bump on the shafts of my penis, within 2 months I have a few more and some pin prick type sensation, the bumps are hard small and white, and not really noticeable unless I am erect, they do not turn into open wounds or cuts, recently I was able to pop one and a hard white plug/ core/ root came out and left a tiny crater that has seemed to heal, once the core or plug is removed the tingling stopped, is this herpes? Or worse

have you had cold sores previously?

molluscum won't go away in a week on its own. typically it'll stick around for months minimum before it goes away.

since you still have new rashes, time to see the dermatologist again for further evaluation.

since you had unprotected sex, you can follow up with full std testing at the proper times. You can test for gonorrhea and chlamydia anytime after 1 week after the last time you had sex. syphilis after 6 weeks. herpes, hiv and hepatitis after 3 months.

we recommend that if your pants are off, a condom should be on to best protect yourself. It protects for hpv alone by 90% when you utilize barrier protection that way!  follow up with proper testing at the proper times and in the future, only have protected contact to best protect yourself, save yourself worry and save yourself repeated testing :)
